If you’ve been following me for awhile, you know that I’ve overcome
a lot from fitness competition body dysmorphia to deciding to initiate
a divorce from an unhealthy marriage and so much in between.
People ask me all the time, ‘how are you so confident?’ ‘How do you
do it all?’ ‘How can I have more fun in my life?’ ‘How do I live full out?’
As most of you know, I work with one-on-one clients, but the time has
come for me to teach the tools I used to transform my life from
depressed, anxious, survival mode to an expansive, passion-filled,
joyous and FUN life.

7-DAY BEGINNER'S JOURNALING GUIDE

It's time to transform your life!
One of my favorite tools for transformation is journaling. By activating the left and right sides of your brain, journaling allows you to process feelings that might be hard to voice, and access new insights to support your growth. If you are brand new to journaling, this is a great place to start, with 7 days of writing prompts. Give yourself 5 minutes each day to put your thoughts onto paper and notice what comes up! This could be the start of an amazing practice for you!
