If you’ve been following me for awhile, you know that I’ve overcome
a lot from fitness competition body dysmorphia to deciding to initiate
a divorce from an unhealthy marriage and so much in between.
People ask me all the time, ‘how are you so confident?’ ‘How do you
do it all?’ ‘How can I have more fun in my life?’ ‘How do I live full out?’
As most of you know, I work with one-on-one clients, but the time has
come for me to teach the tools I used to transform my life from
depressed, anxious, survival mode to an expansive, passion-filled,
joyous and FUN life.

Life has its ups and downs. It's just part of the deal. I don't know about you, but I don't want to feel like crap more than I have to! Along the way, I've learned a few amazing ways to keep myself grounded and focused. And, most importantly, to be kind to myself when I feel like all I can do is fail. (Here's a hint – it includes erasing that weird, stressful, cruel idea of 'failure' altogether.) Let's treat our anxiety to a day or two off, shall we?
